The powerful Endurance 61 was designed specifically for jet drives to maximize the advantages of minimal draft with no underwater appendages, high maneuverability and greater structural strength.
A low aerodynamic form, coupled with a constant deadrise gives a reduced trim angle, generates lift and early planing with low drag. The curved sections give maximum panel stiffness and 100% asymmetric hull form and high bridge deck clearance provides minimum cross interference between hull and bridge deck.
The Endurance 61 has high reserve loading capabilities and the deck and working areas are designed to make the best use of space available. This ensures easy working, good all round visibility and easy access to all parts of the boat.
The hull is constructed from one piece moldings, unique in a craft of this size, creating a monocoque envelope to enhance the structural durability of the vessel. Decks are built to suit the owners requirements.
These design criteria have been complimented by the use of a Kevlar based Hybrid FRP construction system. The material specification and engineering is to Lloyds standards.
The Endurance 61 is ideally suited to use as a ferry, VIP or patrol vessel.
